Fall, and other things. . .

FALL IS HERE!! The time of year where the leaves turn colors, and LOVELINESS is in the air! :D aaaahhhhh I LOVE Fall!!!

But with the arrival of Fall comes the end of Summer. :(

 Just so y'all know, the Summer Carnival is OFFICIALLY closed for the summer

No more carnival :C

It's almost time to start thinking about Halloween! :D CANDY!! I'm not probably not going trick-or-treating this year, it just depends on what my friends are doing. If they go, then I'd probably go with them. :)

Book Notification Letter

(Let me know if you really hate this more colorful approach I'm trying. :3)

Hey guys! I came up with a way that I can let you all know on AJ that I've written more of my book without having to be on at the same time as you! 

If you get this Jam-A-Gram from me, it means to check my book blog. I've either written more, or added more pics. :)

 "Kitties are cool!" for obvious reasons, the paw print for semi-obvious reasons (:P) and the bunny for da kitty food. :3

PNG vs JPEG

 Hey guys! I remodeled my den! Let me know what you think! :) 

I've also decided to get rid of the "Den of theWeek" page. Now the Jammer of the Week will ALSO be the DEN of the week. Just go to the den to see it. If the den is ever locked, let me know and I'll take screen-shots of it so you all can see it. :)

And I have a tip for all you bloggers (or future-bloggers) 

When you save an image for you blog, save it as a PNG, not a JPEG. Here's what I mean

When you save the image, be sure to click "PNG" not "JPEG"! Otherwise the image will get all blurry.

For example...

This one was saved as a JPEG

 See the blurriness? It's even more noticable on complex images like screenshots of Animal Jam. But here's the image saved as a PNG. I save it this way FIRST, because when you save it as a JPEG, the blurry lines are there for good. You can only get rid of them by tedious re-doing of the image. 

Here's the PNG image:

 Much clearer and happier! (\^-^/)

So, if you are ever saving an image for your blog (or even if you're NOT posting it anywhere, and it's just for you)

SAVE IT AS A PNG! :)

Den Makeovers!

 Hey guys! My good friend PeppyWolf had an AWESOME idea!

She suggested that I let people sign up for den makeovers!

 Here's how it would work:

I'd take a picture of your empty den.

Then I would make a cut-out of some den items. Here are just a few to give you an idea:

I would use these cut-out den items to design your den! Like this:

This is a test I did. My little sister (you know, the ARTIST! ^-^) helped me cut some of them out because she is so AWESOME! :)

SHOJI SCREENS! YAY!

Hey guys! Another post on one of my FAVORITE den items! :D 

SHOJI SCREENS!!

Shoji screens are one of the most versatile AJ items. They can be used as walls, windows, doors, you name it! :D

They're very useful for adding on to your den.  I added another room onto my den with the simple use of a couple of shoji screens! :D

Shoji screens come in many different colors. Here's my favorite color variety:

Shoji screens are perfect for any den! And look what they can do!

Well, no need to fear, Daredevil! Duchess CleverClaw is on the job! :D

No problem! :D

Den, COMPLETE! :D Daredevil is now on her way to a very AWESOME den! :D

Shoji screens can only be bought at the Dinner party, so they are semi-rare. Well, at least, they're hard to get. But once you get some, YAY! hehe! :D

 BROWNIE! - Mozart Mutt :)

 This is my doggie! ^-^ I taught her how to do this in about 20 minutes! :D Boy is she smart! She's a mixed breed dog (we don't know what breeds she's a mix of) and she's 8 years old.
