WE SURVIVED THE FIRST WEEKEND OF BLACK BELT TRAINING!! WAHOO!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
Yesterday, our group of candidates ran a mile, and did approximately 350 pushups in a 2 1/2 hour period. We also did a lot of other cardio type stuff, and our forms and a lot of other tiring, sweaty, painful stuff.. lol
But it was FUN! In a weird, painful sort of way.. haha :)
Then today we did another, like, 450 pushups.. no running this time though. :D
Well, I'll be doing it again next weekend!
My arms are killing me... SOOO SORE!!!!!!!!!! D:
